Every order is packed with care, so your vintage pieces arrive safely and exactly as described.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

European Union: tracked courier (FedEx and partner networks)
Outside the EU: tracked international shipping

Every order is shipped with tracking.

Greece

  • BoxNow locker: €2.79, free on orders over €20
  • Door-to-door (ACS / XP Courier): €4.99, free on orders over €65
  • Same-day delivery in Athens: €5.90 (order before 13:00)
  • Cash on delivery: +€3

Cyprus

  • BoxNow locker: €4.99, free on orders over €80
  • ACS tracked: €9.99, free on orders over €100

European Union

  • Orders up to 1 kg (e.g. a hoodie, or up to 3 tees): €9.90
  • Orders of 1–3 kg: €14.90
  • Orders over 3 kg: €19.90
  • Free tracked shipping on orders over €100
  • Bulgaria: €8.90, free on orders over €80

Outside the EU

  • Orders up to 1 kg: €19.99
  • Orders of 1–2 kg: €26.99
  • Orders over 2 kg: €44.99
  • Free tracked shipping on orders over €225

International shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order. Most single pieces ship under 1 kg. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times (estimated)

  • Greece: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 6–8 business days
  • Outside the EU: 8–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier performance, customs procedures or local conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply on arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
Gods Thrift is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we will always help. If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, email us at godssthrift@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and our Return & Refund Policy applies.
