Return & Refund Policy – Gods Thrift

At Gods Thrift, we specialize in carefully curated, one-of-a-kind vintage and second-hand garments. Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and full compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition, has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, has the original Gods Thrift tag fully attached, and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns must be made in-store. Approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit. Cash refunds are not offered. Store credit may be used for future purchases in-store or online.
Online Orders – European Union
For online purchases shipped within the European Union, customers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Customers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Gods Thrift in writing (email) within the 14-day period. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a store error (wrong item sent or item significantly not as described), Gods Thrift will cover the return shipping costs.
Tags, Used Condition & Hygiene Deduction
All returned items must have the original Gods Thrift tag fully attached. If the tag is missing, cut, removed, or damaged, the garment is considered used. For hygiene and safety reasons, a deduction of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to cover cleaning and handling fees. This applies to online returns eligible for refund under EU consumer protection law.
Hygiene & Intimate Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for items that cannot be resold once worn or unsealed, including underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items. This exclusion applies to both in-store and online purchases, even within the 14 calendar-day return period.
Vintage Condition & Color Disclaimer
All items sold are vintage or second-hand. Minor signs of wear, fading, or aging are natural characteristics and are not considered defects or grounds for return. Slight color variations due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not grounds for return or refund.
Non-EU Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless required by mandatory law.
