Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same business day.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes. We ship tracked across Europe — €12.90, 5–8 working days. Free Europe shipping on orders over €130. Duties and taxes may apply on import and are the customer's responsibility.
How much is shipping?
Greece: BoxNow €2.80 (free over €20), door-to-door courier €4.90 (free over €65). Europe: €12.90 tracked, 5–8 working days, free over €130.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the store.
Sizing & Condition
How does vintage sizing work?
Always go by the measurements on the product page, not the label. We list pit-to-pit, length, shoulder and sleeve in cm.
Are pieces cleaned?
Yes. Every piece is inspected, cleaned and steamed before it's listed and again before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition
Do you offer exchanges?
Because every piece is one-of-one, we don't do direct exchanges. Return for refund and re-order if you'd like a different piece.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was wrongly described.
The Store
Where are you located?
Politechniou 13, Neo Irakleio, Athens. Open Tuesday–Friday 13:00–20:00 and Saturday 11:00–17:00. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Can I reserve something to try in store?
Yes — DM us on Instagram @godssthrift and we'll hold a piece for up to 24 hours.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. If you purchase online and choose in-store pickup, we'll hold your order at the store for up to 5 days.
